Why is music so low at this time

The food was veeery bad it took like 2hrs to get our order I didn't like it at all

I waited for my order for over an hr and I kept running after the waitress to open a bottle for me, give me water, order for food yaani everything I was asking she would go and forget plus you should more drink options during such days to accommodate everyone.

A waiter confused my order and I ended up paying more but no biggie. I understand today could be a bit overwhelming especially because of today’s event. Next time she should check correct details before making a customer pay!

There was no communication that there will be a private event at the Imaara mall Artcaffe Gastro Bistro branch It's my birthday and I planned a solo date for myself to enjoy some salted caramel cake,put candles on it and make a wish

The place is very noisy. Not conducive at all.

The wait staff served my bill whilr clearing another table, the place wad awfully dusty very hygenic while eating food , half my wings were cold , half were hot

The food was too salty, as in they put in too much salt

Poor service, horrible internet connection. Had to serve myself at counter.

Didn’t really get fresh food

The services was bad, the waiter was full of attitude, in addition, the pizza was poorly done, the main pastry item we wanted to take was not there, you guys are selling “hakuna”

No waiter asked us whether we had been served..We had to call one ourselves ...And our order took too long ..It felt like we were begging to be served
